1. About MindGlow
MindGlow (“the Service”, “the App”) is a digital AI reflection and journaling application owned and operated by Elevate (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service is accessible at mindglow.me and through any related applications or interfaces.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MindGlow in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility — Age 18+
MindGlow is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their access immediately.
4. Not Therapy. Not Medical Advice. Not a Crisis Service.
MindGlow is not a licensed mental health service, therapy, counseling, psychiatry, psychology, medical advice, or any form of clinical care.
The AI-generated content within MindGlow is intended solely for general reflection, journaling, and personal growth purposes. It does not constitute professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic advice. No therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship is created through use of this Service.

5. AI-Generated Content
Responses within MindGlow are generated by artificial intelligence, specifically Claude (by Anthropic). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
- You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.
- The AI does not know you personally and cannot account for your full individual circumstances.
- Conversations are processed by Anthropic’s API to generate responses, subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and Pricing
MindGlow offers the following subscription plans, processed through Paddle:
- Freemium: $0.00 — 3 sessions per month, 5 minutes each
- Pro: $9.99/month or $95.88/year — 4 sessions per day, 20 minutes each
- Premium: $19.99/month or $215.88/year — 4 sessions per day, 40 minutes each, Calm Rooms included
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms of service and authorize recurring billing. Elevate does not store your payment card details.
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use MindGlow to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) harass, threaten, or harm others; (c) attempt to circumvent any security feature; (d) use the Service if you are under 18; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, audio, code, and other materials comprising MindGlow are the intellectual property of Elevate or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of MindGlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Conversation and journal data is stored locally on your device. When AI features are active, your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic solely to generate responses.
11a. Security and Data Breach
We implement reasonable technical measures including TLS encryption, local-first data storage, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Paddle. In the event of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law (Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations, GDPR, and applicable US state laws). Our local-first architecture means your conversations are not stored on our servers, significantly limiting breach exposure.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEVATE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OR GENERATED BY THE SERVICE;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;
- ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT;
- ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
EVEN IF ELEVATE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

MindGlow integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies:

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
