Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to feel confident trying MindGlow. If you are not satisfied, we make refunds simple.

14-day full refund

All paid subscriptions — Pro monthly, Pro annual, Premium monthly, and Premium annual — are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at customer-service@mindglow.me with:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After 14 days

Refund requests made after 14 days of the original purchase date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscribers who request a refund after 14 days but within 30 days may receive a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion. Contact us to discuss.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle (the link is in your receipt email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 14-day window, please also request a refund as described above.

Free tier

The Freemium plan is free and requires no payment. No refunds apply.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing disputes and chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend account access pending resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect costs arising from use of or inability to use the Service. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.

Governing law and age requirement

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. MindGlow is available to users aged 18 and over only. Refund eligibility requires that your use of the Service complied with our Terms & Conditions, including the age requirement. Refunds are not available if your account was suspended for Terms violations.

MindGlow is not a medical or therapeutic service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". REFUNDS UNDER THIS POLICY ARE THE SOLE FINANCIAL REMEDY AVAILABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEVATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ELEVATE'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.
